Ingredients
For the Cream Layer
- 3 cans milk cream
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packets passion fruit juice powder (or any flavor you like)
For the Chocolate Ganache
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped or dark chocolate chips
- 1 box milk cream
Preparation
Step 1 – Make the Cream
In a blender, add the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder. Blend everything for about 4–5 minutes until the mixture becomes very smooth and creamy.
Take a glass dish or serving dish and pour the cream mixture into it. Spread it evenly with a spoon or spatula so the surface is smooth.
Step 2 – Make the Chocolate Ganache
Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each interval so the chocolate does not burn.
Once the chocolate is fully melted, add the milk cream and mix well until the ganache becomes smooth, shiny, and creamy.
Step 3 – Assemble the Dessert
Pour the chocolate ganache over the cream layer and spread it evenly to cover the entire surface.
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour so it can set and become firm.
After chilling, remove from the fridge, cut into pieces, and serve cold.
