Vegan Biscoff Tiramisu (No-Bake, Creamy & Irresistible)

This Biscoff Tiramisu is a modern, plant-based twist on the Italian classic Tiramisu. Instead of ladyfingers and mascarpone, we use Biscoff cookies and a rich vegan cream layer. The result? A dessert that’s creamy, coffee-infused, lightly spiced, and completely indulgent—without any dairy or eggs.

Perfect for dinner parties, Eid gatherings, birthdays, or whenever you want a no-fuss but impressive dessert.


🛒 Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

Main Ingredients

  • 700g Biscoff cookies (about 70–80 cookies)
  • 1 cup espresso (or strong coffee, cooled)
  • 1 cup Biscoff spread (smooth)
  • 250g vegan cream cheese (e.g., Violife)
  • 1 cup vegan Greek-style yogurt (soy or coconut)

Optional Flavor Enhancers

  • 2–3 tbsp Amaretto or rum (for a rich aroma)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (for freshness)

🥣 Step 1: Make Vegan Biscoff Mascarpone Cream

  1. In a blender or food processor, add:
    • Vegan cream cheese
    • Vegan yogurt
    • Biscoff spread
    • Vanilla extract
    • Lemon zest
  2. Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
  3. Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.

👉 Tip: Use thick Greek-style yogurt so your cream holds its shape and doesn’t become runny.


☕ Step 2: Prepare Coffee Soak

  1. Brew strong espresso or coffee and let it cool.
  2. Mix in Amaretto or rum (optional).

👉 This adds depth and gives that classic tiramisu flavor.


🍪 Step 3: Assemble the Tiramisu

Layering Process:

  1. Quickly dip each Biscoff cookie into the coffee (don’t soak too long).
  2. Arrange a layer of cookies in an 8×8 inch dish.
  3. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream evenly on top.
  4. Repeat the layers 3 times:
    • Cookies → Cream → Cookies → Cream → Cookies → Cream

👉 Alternate the direction of cookies in each layer for better structure.


❄️ Step 4: Chill & Set

  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  • For best results, chill overnight

This allows flavors to blend and the dessert to firm up beautifully.


🍫 Step 5: Garnish & Serve

Just before serving:

  • Crumble extra Biscoff cookies on top
  • (Optional) Dust with cocoa powder or drizzle melted Biscoff spread

Serve chilled and enjoy every creamy, coffee-infused bite!

  • Freezer: Freeze for up to 1 month (thaw overnight in fridge before serving)
