This creamy, chocolatey drink is the perfect refreshing treat for hot summer days! It’s quick, light, and tastes just like the classic Wendy’s Frosty—but with a healthier twist. You can enjoy it anytime, whether you’re relaxing at home or cooling off after a long day.

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 4 tbsp fat-free, sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp fat-free whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups ice cubes

  1. Add Ingredients
    In a blender, combine the skim milk, chocolate pudding mix, vanilla extract, fat-free whipped topping, and ice cubes.
  2. Blend
