This easy air fryer bread is soft, fluffy on the inside, and crispy on the outside. You only need a few basic ingredients and an air fryer to make this delicious homemade bread.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and olive oil. Mix everything together until a sticky dough forms.
Step 2: First Rise
Cover the bowl with a cloth or plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Step 3: Shape the Dough
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface. Fold the edges into the center to form a round loaf. Place the dough into a parchment-lined round pan. Cut 2–3 small slits on top.
Step 4: Second Rise
Cover and let the dough rise again for another 1 hour.
Step 5: Preheat Air Fryer
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Bake the Bread
Place the pan in the air fryer basket. Put a few ice cubes around the pan (not on the dough). Air fry at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7: Final Crisp
Remove the bread from the pan, flip it, and air fry for another 5 minutes for a crispy crust.
Step 8: Cool and Serve
Let the bread cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve warm.
